The Thermo Sash 2 with Small Pet Door is a fast, affordable way to install a pet door in your home. This sash window insert requires no drilling or cutting (can be trimmed 3/4″ narrower with metal cutting blade if needed) and can be installed in seconds. Our spring loaded design allows for instant adjustment of up to 3 inches and creates a snug weather-tight fit. Great for cats and small dogs, this pet door will give you and your pets the freedom to come and go as you please. Also included is a door cover that snaps into place, giving you control over when your pet can enter or exit.

Measure to ensure proper fit; four things:
1. Height and Width of your pet: This pet door opening is 5 1/8″ wide x 8 1/4″ tall. Be sure to include the 3 inch stepover when calculating opening height.
2. Width of window track: Measure inside your track from the deepest point on the left to the deepest point on the right. Choose the size that will fit between 21 1/2″-24 7/8″ or 24 1/2″-27 7/8″ or 27 1/2″-30 7/8″ or 30 1/2″-33 7/8″ or 33 1/2″-36 7/8″. If your window width is near the narrowest size choose the larger size. If your window is narrower or wider then either size, this pet door sash panel will not fit.
3. Height of window opening: Your window must be able to raise 15 inches tall.
4. Track thickness: must be at least 1″ thick. It will fit in wider tracks but may need to be secured.
